Here's one version I enjoyed composing on the Frame Shop page. For this example, I entered the print dimensions as 24"x 18" on Hahnemuehle Rag Photo Paper. I added a 5" wide  double mat: Rag White top mat, with 1/4" wide inner narrow mat in marine blue, and a narrow black satin frame. In this example, note the final dimensions below the image.
